BRAZU (BZC LTDA), a private legal entity registered under CNPJ No. 47.334.385/0001-97, which provides customers with the opportunity to use its systems (plugins) capable of facilitating the use, development, and work in third-party platforms and software, always strives for quality, security, and transparency throughout the customer's journey.

All material and content disclosed here are controlled and operated by the BZC LTDA company team. All rights reserved.

The terms of this Agreement are intended for any and all operations performed on the platform and community, including, but not limited to: (i) provision of educational content; (ii) provision of access to plugins, according to the contracted plan; and (iii) offers, promotions, and events that may be of interest to the community and customers.

By using the services offered by BRAZU, the user, whether a plan contractor or mere user of the communities, accepts and submits to the terms of this Agreement, the privacy policies, deadlines, values, cancellation, and conditions described below, under the following terms.

BY USING THE SERVICES DISCLOSED HERE, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DEADLINES, VALUES, AND CONDITIONS PRESENTED.

If you are accepting this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you declare that you have the power to bind said company or entity and its affiliates to this agreement, its terms, conditions, and privacy policies. If you do not expressly have such powers, you should not accept this agreement and should not use the services, paid or eventually granted free of charge.

BRAZU will always be willing to listen to its users, as a way to ensure security and customer satisfaction, so use the email support@brazu.io to ask questions, formalize complaints, or suggestions.

"Client" or "User" Consists of the customer who accepts this Agreement. "Platform" Consists of all pages, websites, official groups in messaging applications, social networks, and other mechanisms capable of gathering official information and Client access. "Client Data/Your Data" Consists of all information (including Personal Data, Company Data, and End User Data) that is provided to BRAZU or its subsidiaries by/or on behalf of the Client through the use of Our Platforms or Services by the Client and any data that third parties submit to the Client through Our Platforms and Services. "Intellectual Property" or "IP" Consists of current and future intellectual property rights, such as image rights, patents, copyrights, design rights, trade secrets, moral rights, and other similar rights, whether registered or not. "Privacy Policy" Consists of BRAZU's Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at the following link. "Services" Consist of the services contracted by the Client, including but not limited to Subscriptions ("Subscription"), consultations, and Custom Projects.
2.1 Subscription (SAAS) BRAZU will provide and make available the Services according to these Terms and during the term of the chosen plan. You agree that your purchase and/or subscription does not depend on the delivery of any future feature or functionality, and that this contract is made exactly for the features already presented. 2.1.1 Adobe Relationship BRAZU is not an Adobe group company, does not provide any type of license or subscription for services provided by them, and is not responsible for the use of BRAZU's services and systems with third-party systems. 2.2 Features Specific features of the services offered by BRAZU vary according to the contracted plan and may undergo changes according to the needs and/or updates of third-party systems that have integration. Initially, three plugin options will be offered, according to each contracted plan, namely: 2.2.1: Brazu Plugins Lifetime Access 2.2.2: Brazu Plugins Subscription 2.3 Integration You can use and integrate BRAZU's functionalities with third-party systems, but you expressly declare that you are aware that such services may access and use your data for purposes different from those provided by BRAZU. You are solely responsible for the use of any third-party services and any loss of data or possible damages that you may suffer from using these services or integration. 2.3.1 Software Requirements Integration with third-party software will only occur through the contracting of licensed and original software, and BRAZU is not obligated to integrate with pirated software of any kind. 2.4 Changes to contracted service packages BRAZU offers the possibility for you to move between plans (subject to changes in resource availability offered by each one), editing or upgrading/downgrading your contract. 2.5 Service Changes BRAZU reserves the right, without any prior notification, to make constant changes, improvements, and alterations to its services, with the addition, modification, or removal of features. 2.6 Purpose The services offered by BRAZU are essentially tools and not execution services, and there is no connection between the platform and the final delivery of any graphic arts that use the tool, nor is BRAZU responsible for any final delivery promised by you to your clients. 2.7 Support BRAZU will have a specialized support team to provide service to customers. Support can be accessed through the official email (support@brazu.io), through the website and platform, as well as through a button with specific access within BRAZU Plugins. For clarity, BRAZU expressly states that the support button in its PLUGIN is directed to BRAZU support, and there is no obligation to solve problems with third-party software, whose appropriate support should be sought. 2.8 Previous Versions BRAZU declares that the services now provided in its plugins do not extend to any plugins previously sold as a single license (non-SaaS) and/or tests. In this case, customers who purchased that software acquired only the right to use and not the services now commercialized. BRAZU's current plugins are distinct from those previously sold.
3.1 Communities BRAZU offers support to its users through its own or third-party platforms ("Communities"), always aiming at the growth of those who use its services and tools, but without any obligation to maintain these Communities, as well as without binding or obligation to maintain the user on these platforms. 3.2 Discord BRAZU has its own Discord channel, which will be open to the public, but with private areas for subscribers, so that its users can share experiences and learnings. The platform has a support team and its own rules, which users MUST follow to remain authorized on the platform, namely: 3.2.1 Flood & Spam It is expressly forbidden to send any type of repetitive messages (floods), as well as any type of spam. 3.2.2 Mentions & Others You can and should tag other members to promote good conversations! However, excessive name mentions, harassment, or threats that may make other users uncomfortable will not be tolerated. 3.2.3 About Respect All members must maintain civility and absolute respect for other members, regardless of their ethnicity, regionality, religion, or sexual orientation. We strictly prohibit the instigation of provocative arguments, the use of racial and/or homophobic insults, including their variants. The mere existence of comments in this sense will result in IMMEDIATE and DEFINITIVE exclusion of the offending member. 3.2.4 Personal Problems Support will not mediate any type of discussion that occurs in private between members, nor will it act as intermediary in personal problems. Support's action is limited to problems that occur in public channels and categories. 3.2.5 Improper Content Do not publish any improper content that is considered offensive and out of context. 3.2.6 Random Links It is expressly forbidden to send links in chats unless expressly permitted by a moderator or superior. 3.2.7 Promotion & Sales ANY type of promotion is PROHIBITED, whether discord, channel, or sales of any type of product. 3.2.8 Voice Channel Disturbance Any type of disturbance in voice channels is prohibited, including but not limited to shouting, blowing into the microphone, music, or any other type of noise that disrupts communication within chat rooms. 3.2.9 Games in Chat Avoid playing in chat rooms. Use the designated categories for this. 3.2.10 Controversial Topics Sensitive topics such as politics and religion should be avoided. The focus of Brazu Communities is to promote knowledge and networking in the motion design market, without the need to delve into topics that may cause discussions. 3.2.11 Staff & Member Respect It's good to provide accurate information to new members, but leave moderation to staff members. Respect when they are doing their job. Do not order other members around and do not mock those who are reprimanded or taught. 3.2.12 Report If someone is disrupting your use of Discord or breaking the rules, contact one of the administrators to take appropriate action. 3.3 Punishment Any and all disrespect to Community rules and regulations will be evaluated by the Support team, who will contact the Offender to analyze the facts and, after their response or in their silence, will decide the necessary punishment, which may be one or more of the following: (i) being muted indefinitely (ii) losing access to certain channels/categories (iii) being temporarily removed from the channel (iv) being permanently removed from the channel (v) any other appropriate and specific punishment, provided it is justified 3.4 Responsibility All comments, conversations, dialogues, and/or complaints will be the responsibility of the person who made them. BRAZU has no responsibility (civil or criminal) for any offenses, negative comments, or other possibilities of infractions in its Communities between users. BRAZU's responsibility is limited to enforcing compliance with its own rules. 3.5 Content Removal Comments and messages may be deleted by BRAZU itself or upon request, which will be evaluated and addressed if appropriate, containing or even username and registration of users containing: i. Offense to honor, image, reputation, and dignity of others ii. Pornography, pedophilia, and other forms of sexual satisfaction iii. Racism or discrimination of any nature iv. Bullying, Stalking, or any other form of illegal constraint or harassment v. Manifest violation of copyright or image rights vi. Use of third-party trademarks, symbols, logos, or emblems vii. Instigation or apology for the practice of crimes, such as trafficking or use of narcotics, rape, homicide, embezzlement, among others
4.1 BRAZU offers different plans BRAZU offers different plans [click here to check the plans page and what is included in each of them] for its customers, each with different access levels, according to their contract. 4.1.1 BRAZU reserves the right to change the values and access of plans and licenses according to the evolution of its features, as well as the necessary annual monetary corrections, which will be based on the IGP-M/FGV or another index that replaces it, with no reduction in case of deflation. 4.2 Payment of plans The plan payment can be made using a credit card, with recurring and monthly charges, while the subscription remains active. 4.3 Automatic Renewal The contracted plans, whose chosen payment method was by credit card, will be automatically renewed for the period chosen by the customer. If the customer chooses not to renew, they must inform Support before the end of their contracted plan period to avoid automatic renewal. 4.4 Renewal on Demand BRAZU may offer annual licenses for the contracting of its services/products, with the possibility of payment through Credit Card. 4.4.1 Payment will only be considered valid after BRAZU confirms receipt of the amount. 4.4.2 In the case of contracting any service with payment through Bank Transfers by TED or PIX, the renewal will not be automatic, but on demand. This means that, at the end of the 12 (twelve) month license period, access to the product/service will be automatically terminated until the renewal payment is confirmed at the subscription/license value used at the time of renewal, under the terms of item 4.1.1 of this Agreement. 4.5 Default Failure to pay the monthly plan fees for more than 15 (fifteen) days may, at BRAZU's discretion, result in the suspension of the delinquent's account. In addition, BRAZU may (i) charge a 2% (two percent) fine, plus 1% (one percent) interest per month, calculated pro rata die and monetary correction. 4.6 BRAZU TRIAL BRAZU may offer or provide Product/Service as a (“Trial Version”) or trial (or features of a Product/Service) described as “free”, “evaluation”, “trial”, “pre-release”, “beta” or other similar designation. Except as expressly set forth in the Documentation for the Trial Version or in the applicable Special Terms, (a) you may only access or use the Trial Version for a period of seven days after download or receipt, (b) Your use will be limited to non-commercial evaluation purposes, (c) the Trial Version will be used only by you as an individual or, if you are a legal entity, by a designated employee. 4.6.1 BRAZU makes no commitment regarding Trial Versions, including any commitment to continue any Trial Version or to convert any Trial Version into a final Offer. Trial Versions may contain code that has not been fully tested, including errors and defects that may cause total data loss or system failure. 4.6.2 Trial Version subscriptions do not include Subscription Benefits and BRAZU reserves the right, without prior notice, to terminate any Trial Versions at any time. 4.7 To regularize the account and access to Communities and Software, the Customer must first pay the amounts due, charges, and fines, if any.
5.1 Specific responsibilities are described in the specific clauses of the topics. 5.2 Responsibility for fraudulent registration Any registrations made using false, stolen, or leaked documentation from other sites/services. The Client who makes false registrations may be reported to the necessary authorities for action. 5.3 No criminal, civil, or tax liability will be attributed to the BRAZU platform, as it does not deal with a document verification and authentication system, but only with registration. 5.4 Responsibility for payments BRAZU has no responsibility for any contracts made between users of its Communities. 5.5 Responsibility for the service BRAZU is not responsible for the quality, form, term, defect, or any item related to the provision of services by users or partnerships established in its Communities. 5.6 Responsibility for offers, advertisements, and advertising BRAZU is not responsible for the prices practiced and offers linked by sponsors, and acquired by service providers of users or partnerships established in its Communities. 5.7 Responsibility for Third-Party Software BRAZU has no responsibility, partnership, or link with third-party systems, especially with Adobe After Effects, whose BRAZU plugins are used. BRAZU declares that it is absolutely and expressly against any type of piracy and misuse of these third-party software. The Client who uses pirated third-party software will not be guaranteed that BRAZU plugins will work perfectly, nor will they have the right to demand that support or BRAZU change the settings of their plugins for misuse. 5.8 Non-compliance with platform rules BRAZU reserves the right to punish Clients and users of its Communities who violate the rules of this term or any other specific ones, whether promotional or not, and the punishment may be any of those provided for in item 3.3.
6.1 BRAZU will provide content to its Clients, with video lessons, workshops, and other items that add value to the subscriber, teaching techniques and using BRAZU Software features according to the contracted plan. 6.2 BRAZU reserves the right to change, delete, or temporarily suspend any content provided, without this being considered a breach of contract, since the contract is for the features, and the content is a NON-MANDATORY and NON-LINKED courtesy with the contracted plan. 6.3 BRAZU may separate its clients into "classes" named by seasons and/or product and feature launches. BRAZU provides a ranking of all classes, with the aim of having its Clients compare and share their usage, learning, and utilization of BRAZU's features. 6.4 The ranking scoring system will be carried out according to the criteria defined by BRAZU, and may disclose on its social networks what the form of assessment is, always maintaining the most appropriate transparency. 6.5 Clients may be evaluated by other clients and users within the BRAZU platform. Any improper evaluations, with the aim of harming a client's image, may be reported. If the complainant proves that the evaluation was improper, BRAZU may cancel said evaluation.
7.1 Cancellation Policy The contract can be made through various payment methods and for different periods and plans, each with its promotional price, according to the day of contracting and the current plan. 7.2 In case of cancellation of the contracted plan, BRAZU will not refund the amounts paid, considering that until the time of termination, the Software was adequately provided. 7.3 Term In the first 7 days from the acquisition of the plan, the Client may automatically cancel the signed plan. After this period, the cancellation will be according to the rules of the plan and the contract, respecting the minimum stay time and the due fine, if any. To cancel, simply request through BRAZU's official communication channels. 7.4 Minimum stay Those who choose to contract the annual plan, using discounts, will be obliged to stay for the minimum time informed on the specific prices and plans page. Termination before the deadline, whether due to default and/or consumer choice, will give BRAZU the right to charge the penalty provided for breach of contract before the minimum stay period.
8.1 The use of individual plans by companies or corporations is prohibited, and they must sign the appropriate business plans. The misuse provided for in this item will give BRAZU the right to charge the difference in plan values, for the period used, with interest and monetary correction, according to what is provided in this term. 8.2 Prohibition of reproduction All and any material disclosed by BRAZU in its Communities or by email, whether provided free or for a fee, by BRAZU's marketing/advertising team or by users, in any promotions/disclosures, are the exclusive property of these and may not be reproduced.
9.1. BRAZU acknowledges its duty and guarantees the protection of all data and documents provided by its clients. 9.2. The client declares to have read and agreed with the applicability of the Privacy Policy in this Agreement. The Client is also aware that BRAZU may review the Privacy Policy from time to time. When BRAZU makes changes to this policy that, in its sole discretion, substantially alter the content of the document, clients will be notified. By continuing to access the Services after these changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy. 9.3. BRAZU is committed to requesting, processing, and maintaining only data and information strictly necessary for the development of its business activity. The data collected by BRAZU are: 9.3.1 Registration data (name, CPF, ZIP code); 9.3.2 Registered login and/or email; 9.3.3 Photo (optional) for profile completion purposes; 9.3.4 Biography (optional and written by the client themselves, who declares the truthfulness of their information). 9.4. Client data, after cancellation, may be retained by BRAZU for legal purposes or deleted upon express request by the owner. 9.5. BRAZU, for the purpose of improving and adapting the customer experience, may collect information from other sources, which include, but are not limited to: 9.5.1 Social Networks; 9.5.2 BRAZU Communities; 9.5.3 Landing pages; 9.5.4 Public databases. 9.6. BRAZU values the privacy of its clients. Therefore, all data and information about you are treated as confidential and will only be used for the purposes described and authorized here, which are intended, but not limited to, access to BRAZU's administrative panels, BRAZU Software, and its Communities. 9.7. Authorization for International Data Transfer. The Client grants authorization for the processing and international transfer of data, under the terms of article 33 of the General Data Protection Law (LAW No. 13.709, OF AUGUST 14, 2018). 9.8. All collected data will be deleted from our servers when requested by the Client, through a free and facilitated procedure, or when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the provision of the contracted services, unless there is any other reason for their maintenance, such as a possible legal obligation to retain data or the need to preserve them to safeguard BRAZU's rights.
10.1 Intellectual Property of Content All content disclosed on the BRAZU platform is the property of the professional who created it, whose credits and information will always be disclosed at the end of the publications. Any anonymous publications and content are presumed to be created by BRAZU's advertising and marketing team. 10.2 Testimonials and Reviews The Client expressly agrees that BRAZU may use their testimonials, reviews, and compliments as a way to validate its services, presenting on its platform and/or social networks the relevant testimonials that prove BRAZU's effectiveness.
11.1 External Links It is possible that the BRAZU platform or its Communities may contain links to third-party sites and applications, as well as have integrated technologies. This does not imply, in any way, that BRAZU endorses, verifies, guarantees, or has any connection with the owners of these sites or applications, and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, policies, practices, or opinions. It is recommended that you read the terms of use and privacy policies of each third-party site or service you visit or use.
12.1. Communication. The official channel for communication between Clients and users with BRAZU is via email, at the following address: suporte@brazu.io 12.2. Only communications made through the email address suporte@brazu.io and the email address or phone number provided in the registration will be considered valid and legally effective. 12.3. Fees. The prices and conditions of BRAZU's plans are disclosed and fixed on a dedicated page on the website or platform, and will also be sent to the Client via the registered email. It is your obligation to monitor the necessary changes and keep your data updated. 12.4. The contracted plans will be valid for the period of their contract, not being altered by new policies, conditions, or promotions that arise during the term of the previous contract. 12.5. Changes. To improve your experience, BRAZU is constantly being updated. For this reason, these Terms of Use may be changed at any time to reflect the adjustments made. However, whenever any modification occurs, you will be informed in advance via the email address provided at the time of registration or by a prominent notice on this site. 12.6. Sanctions. Non-compliance with any of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of use will be notified to the offender via email or any other communication channel, according to the data provided in the registration. 12.7. From the notification, the offender may justify and, if the justification is accepted by BRAZU, it will remove any sanction to their detriment. 12.8. Sanctions such as suspension or deletion of the user/provider account may occur automatically, regardless of response to the non-compliance notification, at BRAZU's sole discretion. 12.9. Law and Forum. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, especially the Civil Code. Any doubts and situations not provided for in these Terms of Use will be initially resolved by BRAZU and, if they persist, should be resolved by the Court of the District of Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be or may become. 12.10.
